I had to ask for the mail option, since they don't let me do neteller anymore, which is why I don't play there anymore. I had a lot of player points built up so I decided to play in their $10,000 bonus point tourney (poker) and placed 7th. For some reason, whenever I want to withdrawal, they use to tell me I can't use neteller, even though that's the way I made my deposit. They claim since I made so many deposits with my credit card previously, the withdrawals have to go back that way, but they can't credit back mastercards due to new rules, so I have to request a check. How silly is that? I haven't even made a credit card deposit in over a year-- my past 15 or so deposits were through neteller because my credit card company stopped letting these "gambling" transactions go through. But that's a whole different story. I just did a regular mail withdrawal, since I couldn't figure out how to request a fed ex withdrawal. The page didn't have any option for fed ex, it just asked how much you would like to withdrawal; i put in the amount and that was it. I didn't really think anything of it. The point of my post was the cust. service reps have been lying to me all this time. They've been insisting it went out on 9/2, even though I've been telling them either it might of got lost or maybe you guys forgot to send it. After I didn't get it they told me wait a while. Finally after 4 weeks, they told me because of the hurricanes, it went out only last week, so now they tell me to wait another 2-3 weeks again for it. I understand if the hurricanese caused something to go wrong with the systems, but why did they have to lie to me about this? They had to have known the check never went out on 9/2 all the times I was asking about it. And although I don't like admitting this, i've been a very good customer to them , losing probably thousands in the sportsbook and paying thousands in rake in the poker room. Anyway, as soon as I can get free from here (i'm at my work desk) I will have to call them up since I just got an email from someone over there asking me to call about the check. I went on a rant to one of there customer service reps last night saying fu and stuff like that so the cust. rep must have told one of the managers something. Kinda of stupid of me but i was pissed when she told me the check actually only went out last week and I'd have to wait another 3 weeks.
