Anybody have trouble lately with these guys? I just found out doing the chat thing with them that they had previously lied to me about sending me my check. I made a withdrawal request last month, and according to them they sent it on 9/2. After two weeks I asked cust. service about it since I still haven't recieved it. They told me it takes 2-3 weeks so wait one more week. After the third week I told them still nothing, it might've got lost or you guys just forgot to send it and they said wait another week. So now I just went back to them and told them no check, and they just told me because of the hurricane, it didn't go out on 9/2, but it went out last week , so wait another week! What kind of BS is this? They didn't know the check didn't go out the previous times I asked them about this?! I don't even believe that they even send it out last week, seems like they are a bunch of untrustworthy crooks.
Wow...in my 6(ish) years of playing with WSEX, this is honestly the first time I've ever heard a single complaint about them.
How did you have your check sent to you...regular mail or did you pay the $30 for an 1-2 day fee? When I used regular mail, it took anywhere from 1-3 weeks for it to arrive, so I just bit the bullet and started paying for 1-2 days. Depending on where you are, even *1-2 days* may take an additional day or two (with you being in Hawaii, that might be a factor).

I had to ask for the mail option, since they don't let me do neteller anymore, which is why I don't play there anymore. I had a lot of player points built up so I decided to play in their $10,000 bonus point tourney (poker) and placed 7th. For some reason, whenever I want to withdrawal, they use to tell me I can't use neteller, even though that's the way I made my deposit. They claim since I made so many deposits with my credit card previously, the withdrawals have to go back that way, but they can't credit back mastercards due to new rules, so I have to request a check. How silly is that? I haven't even made a credit card deposit in over a year-- my past 15 or so deposits were through neteller because my credit card company stopped letting these "gambling" transactions go through. But that's a whole different story. I just did a regular mail withdrawal, since I couldn't figure out how to request a fed ex withdrawal. The page didn't have any option for fed ex, it just asked how much you would like to withdrawal; i put in the amount and that was it. I didn't really think anything of it. The point of my post was the cust. service reps have been lying to me all this time. They've been insisting it went out on 9/2, even though I've been telling them either it might of got lost or maybe you guys forgot to send it. After I didn't get it they told me wait a while. Finally after 4 weeks, they told me because of the hurricanes, it went out only last week, so now they tell me to wait another 2-3 weeks again for it. I understand if the hurricanese caused something to go wrong with the systems, but why did they have to lie to me about this? They had to have known the check never went out on 9/2 all the times I was asking about it. And although I don't like admitting this, i've been a very good customer to them , losing probably thousands in the sportsbook and paying thousands in rake in the poker room. Anyway, as soon as I can get free from here (i'm at my work desk) I will have to call them up since I just got an email from someone over there asking me to call about the check. I went on a rant to one of there customer service reps last night saying fu and stuff like that so the cust. rep must have told one of the managers something. Kinda of stupid of me but i was pissed when she told me the check actually only went out last week and I'd have to wait another 3 weeks.

are 2 moderators for the rx forum. i have always heard of wsex as top notch top of the line sportsbook. i would to hear there side of the story.

If you've never used wsex before and make your deposits all via neteller, then you should be able to withdraw via neteller. Up until a year ago, I made deposits via credit card, so for some reason because most of my deposits were by my mastercard, they tell me I can't use neteller for my withdrawals. It's know it's stupid, that's why I don't play with them anymore. They tell me that I need to credit the amount of my previous deposits (from the credit card) back to the card before they can do neteller. But now Mastercard apparently made some kind of rule where they can no longer charge back the card, so they tell me I can only request a check via mail. Ridiculous. I even offered to pay whatever they would get charged from neteller but no luck. The only reason I went back to play with them was I had some frequent player points so I was able to play for free in a tourney, which I placed and won some money.
Anyway, someone from cust. service contacted me this morning via email , and said there was some kind of mix up. The hurricane (?) apparently caused them some problems. She offered to fedex or deposit the money into my neteller account. Oddly, she didn't mention nothing about the check they supposedly sent out last week. Also Ezrin--I'll tell you we all make mistakes. But I don't think you will ever go wrong with the Worlds Sports Exchange. I've played there for several years and not one single problem until a week ago when they had a little glitchin their ingame wagering on a college game. (I was kinda worried about a few dollars--but found that Steve is a straight shooter and took care it.)

The point of my post was to point out that they did b.s. me and this was no mistake. The only reason they bothered to listen to me and pay me is because apparently someone from there reads these forums; they called me the next day after I posted. confusion with the lost check. I hope this matter is finally put to rest.

WSEX has always been the cream of the crop when it comes to the offshore sports betting industry and it is obvious to me that your posting here is agenda driven....
And the reason I believe this is agenda driven is because you could have and should have handled this OFF THE FORUM, period...

What are you talking about? You can call them up yourself and ask them. Please do. Ask them when they sent out my check. If you read my previous posts I did state that they finally did call and pay me (via neteller) the next day after I posted here. I said bottom line , I finally did get paid, so I am not now claiming I never got paid. But I want it to be known that previous to my posting here, they said they sent my check- once on the 2nd, which they later admitted to they never did because the storms, and then again they said they sent the check just the week before I was talking to them so they said wait another 3 weeks I should recieve it. The reason I came to this board was to warn others. They gave me the runaround and was obviously lying to me when they said they had sent the check... . twice. Where is the check? I still have not got it. I realize if it ever comes I can't cash it since they panicked when I posted here and gave me an instant neteller withdrawal (which they refused to do in the past), but that doesn't matter because I know I will never get, because they never sent it. Please call them up and ask them the date they sent the check, I would like to know.

They were just lying.
