I Requested A Payout On August 1st For $3920.00 After Many Calls To Them I Finally Recieve Check End Of September And I Did Use The Express Courier Service Method,i Deposit Check Last Week And Today I Get A Notice From My Bank That The Check Bounced,up Till Now I Never Had Any Issues With Wsex But This Is Just Horrible,seems Like The Only Book I Trusted Is Having Issues Also ,anyway Anybody Else Having These Bouncing Check Issues With Them??:wtf:can Anybody Help Me Here I Am Not Getting Anywhere With There Customer Service I Called Them Today They Tell Me As Far As There Concerned There Check Is Ok Which Is Bs.

checks bouncing is a bad sign, this is the first time i have heard of these kind of complaints from a "trusted" book

yes it is bad i thought oddsmaker.com was bad but at least there check was good at the end,thanks savant for trying to help because im not getting anywhere with there customer service

There have been some issues with several processors the past few months. Some of them have been forced to close their bank accounts. Therefore checks cut on those accounts will bounce.

As troubled checks are shifted to alternate processors, it slows the entire process down for everyone in the queue.

There were also several types of checks that have been declared invalid by certain banks while other banks accept the same checks.

have heard all the excuses before and they are old. If indeed that is the problem then you should forsee the problems and have a back up method rather than waiting for the thing to bounce!Everything runs smooth for depositing but Heaven forbid it run that way for withdrawals.

why do you even have a "queue"? BetJam, Greek, 5 Dimes etc. have the funds on hand! Any reputable book does, you don't qualify. Never thought you did in the first place!

I have contacted both players involved and also WSEX Management regarding this situation. I will follow up with another call and more emails in the morning.

I am certain that both players will have thir funds very soon.
