Uh, then what on earth is the purpose of this forum? What you are suggesting is that any time we have a problem with a book, we should keep the problem to ourselves and not "delve into it" on these threads?

Not at all.

I merely thought, "How about an explanation why someone had to wait two weeks for the payout?" was too demanding when a rep from the book came here to apologise and it was not your account. For all we know it may involve some feature of the client's bank account which, in my opinion, is none of my business.

I regret if I did not make that quite clear.

I just called accounting and they told me it should have hit your account today.
Unfortunately we can't follow up on it until tomorrow morning. I told them to call me first thing in the morning with some better answers. I will post here as soon as I hear from them. You have my word you will get your money as soon as possible.

Steve--How has the ehceck system worked overall for WSEX? I saw it as a new option on your website some time ago, but felt Neteller was still the best at that time.
I may use the echeck system later inplace of Neteller once all the "kinks" are worked out of it.

Up until this withdrawal echeck has been processed faster than neteller and with no fees. This is the future of online banking but for now I will limit my transactions.

i just put in my first request for an echeck withdrawal(FINALLY) AFTER IT SEEMED I WAS ONLY DEPOSITING :sad3: i will tell everyone how fast they take
