Looks like a windy day in Chicago, anyone near the park can give an accurate assesment of the flags? I am looking to pound that OVER if the wind cooperates, Dempster is bad as it is, that will only help..

I believe ( 18 mph winds from the east) this means that the winds will be blowing in as they did Friday, Saturday, and yesterday. Friday's game should have gone under ( Cubs blew 3-2 ninth inning lead to lose 6-3 in 12) Saturday was 4-0, and yesterday was 6-5 with so-so pitchers on the mound. I would be leary of playing over today for what it's worth. Good Luck.
