Wrigley wind for Wednesday....

Just an FYI, wind will be blowing straight in and strong (20+ MPH) for both games of the doubleheader tomarrow. Will be a chilly day and some solid pitchers going to the mound in Wood/Peavy and Prior/Lawrence. Under for Game 1 is already at 7 -116 at Pinny.

That Pinnacle 7 is long gone.

Current is 44 degrees with 25mph wind and gusts to 35.

Can't imagine more then 7 runs being scored here.....maybe combined in both games...but crazier things have happened at Wrigley.

I'll never forget the time I had the under on one game there and conditions were perfect...except for the fact that the wind was blowing SO hard that Griffey Jr. couldn't even make simple fly out catches in center...

I was pissed...something like 3-4 errors per team that day

The problem is that todays wind comes with pitchers they may not hit.

Only way this game goes over is if there are a lot of walks and a few errors. Otherwise its 2-1, 3-0 type of game.

Yeah no reason to bet a 6 1/2 line anyway

Unless you are taking over and it just doesn't make sense...
It could be a low scoring game...but 6 1/2 is tough...
