This makes me happy. I just did a FHA streamline refinancing. Didn't need an appraisel for that or even show proof of employment.

saving of $168

Truck will be paid for next month

Savings $210

No need for full coverage insurance.

Saving $30

Dropped home phone service

Saving $62

Dropped the DTV bill down

Saving $42

Geez that is 1 weeks of pay for me. I am looking to cut even more. I am looking at everything.

Even though I lost my job we are still going to be putting some away in the savings. The house was the big. With doing that refinancing I also get to skip a payment. That will probably happen in May.

Kinda of crazy that I could have done that sooner and have another 6k in the bank.

What did you cut on DTV and what is your DTV bill now? Looking to Drop DTV, customer service is terrible.

Cut NFL Ticket:sad3:

I am also looking at my options on that. I have Comcast and Wow here where I live. So maybe I can play them and get a deal.

I've heard a promotion on the radio for Comcast for free cable for a year... Sounds like probably basic but definitely worth looking into what other deals...

But No NFL Ticket Sucks!

NorthWest.

I would imagine deals all over due to the HD switch on Feb 17th.

LOL I would live in a shed in my brothers backyard before I lived in that shithole.

Like I said I will find even more to cut. I am holding onto TVG. I just love the ponies too damn much.

Yes, we're talking about cutting the fat here, not essentials.

:grandmais

Also, did you refi back into a 30 yr or did you guys go for a 15 yr fixed?

LOL I knew you would notice that.

Went to a 30 year fix at 5.25. That is much much better than what we had.

I recently refied from 6.625 fixed to 4.625 fixed. Saving quite a bit of coin.
