Wow. Ijust made a ridiculous tennis bet

and it won. I risked 31 units to make 6.

Thanks to Andy Murray and Jelena Jankovic. I can breathe now. They both won in straight sets. I lost a huge play on Seattle earlier today and this didn't make it all up but it sure helped. Sorry for posting after the fact but I have been losing everything and needed this one so bad.

Cool..Make sure you do not play those huge favs at 5 Dimes..One set retirement can kill you..Especially with Jankovic involved

I am on Bookmaker and retiring means no action. I had a three teamer last week and one of the ladies retired (thankfully, she was getting killed) and my other two won. Retiring causes you to lose at 5 dimes? That sucks. What do you know about Jankovic? She cruised tonight. Thoughts on the rest of the tournaments this week? I am still learning about Tennis. I know the big names but studying these others and watching the Tennis channel. Thanks Dennis. Hope all is well.

Jankovic just has a lot of injuries, and will retire often, so you have to be careful with her as a huge fav. She is talented though, and can play with the best of them.

5 Dimes is the only grade A sportsbook where the match is official after one set..You do not want to play heavy favs there because lots of times they may retire after one set..Advancing player is ruled the winner for pay out purposes in the event of a retirement after one set..It has happened to me with the Neanderthal Jankovic before..

The Greek and many other top knotch books make the match official after 2 sets!

Bookmaker, Diamond and a few others ..the match is not official unless it is entirely completed..

Check the tennis rules section at wherever you play..They do differ from book to book

Years back some books made the match official after a ball was served..As far as I know this does not exist anymore...

I cant give my opinion at the moment on the ladies tourneys..Have not looked at the remaining field..

I love betting tennis and look forward to riding some winners with you in the future..

There are several posters here who are pretty knowledgable about tennis..keep an eye out for some guy called OTC or OCT or something like that..He has a Raphael Nadal Avatar and seems pretty in to it

Also Brainiac, Jamminxc and a couple more I cant bring to mind..Green Doberman knows his tennis too..

WSEX is good too..just lack alot of the WTA lines..

Betonline has decent tennis too..just cant parlay it...

BetJam is great Book...but poo poo for tennis

All these books will pay you ASAP and thats what is most important of all..When I win I want my money with NO BS!

I have two accounts, one at The Greek and one at Bookmaker. I don't believe The Greek allows ML Parlay's on tennis so that's why I play them at Bookmaker. I like both books but the greek is my favorite. They are top notch and their customer service team is great. No problems with Bookmaker either they just don't see quite as helpful.
