Conference Championship games have always been in the Noon and 3pm time slots for as long as I can remember. If these two teams host the Championship games would these start times remain the same??

according to the NFL.COM website.....
regardless of the match-ups, the NFC game is 3PM (eastern) and the AFC game in Pittsburgh will kick off at 6:30.

Kind of a surprise. Would have thought that the NFL would have wanted New York (assuming they win tomorrow, which I do not believe they will) to play in prime time. Also, this now creates the possibility that the Cards will be playing pretty early in the afternoon if they host.

Baltimore vs Philadelphia would probably be a low-rated game (except those in mid-Atlantic states like me)...

I think SD vs AZ would be a pretty good rated superbowl....two offenses that can score in a hurry

man i love the internet...

great entertainment and laughs...:missingte:missingte:missingte:missingte

the chargers have become a pretty public team...

i guess making the playoffs three straight years has alot to do with that.

they have given nbc some of their highest ratings this football season...thus nbc putting 'em in primetime once again last week...

they would not kill the rating of this superbowl...IF they were fortunate enough to make it.
