Would You Trust Your Team With Vince Young?

Apparently, the owner of the Titans is demanding that Vince Young should start this weekend. I guess with the Titans record of zero wins, you might try anything. But this guy hasn't started in 14 months. I see the line hasn't changed, so maybe Vegas expected this change to start with.

But what do all of you think about this change of QB's?

I say why not. Collins doesn't have much left and Tenn is done for the year. If Young can't play now then he never will be. They might as well find out one way or another. I don't think he's the answer though.

Might as well let him play. There's no future with Collins. Not a big fan of his sidearm delivery, but I really don't think that Young was that bad his first few years. I still remember that game against the Giants where he brought them back from a huge deficit. Didn't the Titans even win the game right before he went off the deep end?

Collins is 0 -6 as the starter so why is it a big question? Young started many games and never had a stretch of 0-6

Well...I wouldn't, but I didn't like him coming out of Texas.

He didn't really have to read defenses at Texas. If his first option was covered, he'd take off and make something happen with his feet. Well, that sh*t works OK in college when you're the best athlete on the field but has Reggie Bush has found out in New Orleans, pretty much everybody can run in the NFL.

He had never had to deal with being booed or a lack of success and it's very obvious he didn't deal with it very well when it happened. And I'm not sure the second time is going to go a whole lot better. This is from Peter King's Friday column on si.com:

All that having been said, if I'm Bud Adams and VY is due a huge hunk of money next year, I'd want to know what I've got. Is VY my franchise QB? or do I need to look at drafting a QB in next year's draft?The Titans aren't going anywhere this year. Put him in and let him play and find out what you've got.

well I don't really like him as a QB but lets be honest the 3 QB's of my team are Byron Leftwhich, Josh Johnson and Josh Freeman. So ya if he was on my team I would be all in favor of starting him.
