the odds on those things are shit. For the average Joe Blow who's drinking at the pub and watching a game, he doesn't notice and would gladly pay 20% or higher VIG on a game as long as he could make it right there and there. Pretty good chance he doesn't know how much of a bad deal he is getting, chances are he doesn't even know what a vig is and chances are he doesn't even care.seriously?
why would Canadians use offshore then?
ya good point which I noticed I forgot to mention. minimum 2 team parlays. I assume its same across Canada but in BC at least, they are 2 separate slips for the parlays and they cannot be mixed. One is for straight bets and the other is for over/unders. You cannot bet a spread and total on the same game.a bill has been stuck for years in the senate of Canada to allow single sports bets, but for now each province is only allowed to offer a parlay type of bet with fixed spreads and totals put out at the beginning of the week

For this reason it is a better option to use pinny or bet365 etc

Fertitta's were behind the push. It's an outdated idea anyways with all the apps now.
