If their teeth are "jacked up" (do you mean with an 'open bite' or with 'buck teeth'?), and it's due to a current thumb sucking habit, I'd date her in a minute. I love women who still suck their thumb and have the physical affects to prove it, really. SOOO hard to find as it's either one or the other.
