wagerstreet: The fee structure works that if you have not had a withdrawal in the previous 15 days then the standard w/d fees apply. These differ depending on which method that you use

you: $20 is not a big deal to me, but it's the principle that irritates me ...

p.s. That's because I was limited 'out' of Wagerstreet last YEAR, and already knew of this horrendous policy, having been burned by it once (and only once).

oh, btw I've played there for 2 years. I've pointed out SEVERAL bad lines. and I've only made a WHOOPING 6 withdrawals this year.

Pisses me off more when a book who shall remain nameless calls me a wiseguy because I play a lot of dogs and "value" at their book and tells me I have to call in my bets from now on.

That's ridiculous they don't waive that for the guy. I'd pay it out of my own pocket if I had to before I charged someone $40 for a Neteller fee. Especially a good customer.

Even more ridiculous they have the rule in the first place. This book does not look kindly on winners. Know that when you go in. Withdrawals will always be frowned upon. Used to be only certain days for those but deposits proudly accepted 24/7. LOL.

Bob seems like a decent guy and surely your money is safe there but not my first choice for an out.

lol - VIP did that to me, and one other book who, the 8 times I called in just for the hell of it, changed the line on me EVERY SINGLE TIME when the line had not moved for over at least an hour on each bet (I was curious to see how big a butt-wrangler ranch they ran, and I found out).

i would say the point of the policy is to stop people from making money transfers back and forth all the time. to much administrative b.s. for them to deal with. the $20 makes a slight deterent.

if you have only had 6 withdrawals all year, i bet a manager would be happy to give you the $20 back.

I would think (hope) they would waive the $20 fee for a "good" player like yourself. Maybe you can reach someone higher up to waive the fee. I appluad you for pointing out the bad lines, maybe you should reconsider this policy. good luck.

With everyone offering one free Neteller per 30 days and few having unlimited free Neteller's I think even the 1st $20 is excessive.

Hopefully they will change this policy to be a little more inline with the market. With hockey starting next week, this is a good book to play some opiniated puck totals.

The purpose of our Neteller fees is not to discourage winners from withdrawing money, or losers for that matter. Rather the fee structure was to discourage the constant depositing and withdrawing of money sometimes on a daily basis that Neteller and other companies like Neteller encourage.

That being said, I believe that the current fee structure is likely a little high, and thus I am going to go ahead and change it to the following.

One Free Neteller w/d per 30 day period - all subsequent withdrawals in the 30 day period are subject to a $20.00 fee.

I thank Lander and the rest of the members who chimed in for pointing this out.

Way to go, Bob. I'm sure that you would do *anything* to keep Lander as a customer. But at least he has caused a change for the better for the rest of your customers. Nobody can ever say that the squarest of the squares never did anything good for the industry.

While it is a step in the right direction, one free Neteller withdrawal per month seems a little weak when there are a handfull of strong books that offer unlimited free neteller w/d per month.

Anything less than 2 free per week, not month, seems overly restrictive.

I don't see them complaining about multiple deposits per month that they have to pay a fee for.

I would recommend 1 per calendar month, as opposed to the 30 day floating period. It's just easier to track for us.
