Why test it on our own if we can simply unjustly "preventively" wage (undeclared) war at our (unconstitutional) disgression and test it on other civilians??

maybe not biological..but I am pretty sure there are places in arizona where they tested nuclear weapons on innocent US civilians to see what effects the radiation would have.

I read an interesting article about the cowboy movie guys.
The studios moved a load of sand from the arizona testing area for movies.
Coincidentally, a hell of a lot of these movie stars died of cancer, John Wayne was one of the last survivors when he died, of cancer too btw.
