Would players be willing to give Royal a second chance ?

So how are shills for Royal trying to get back their lost customers. Is it if you Post a positive Post about Royal then your lobying for customers. I really don't give a S++t either way what people think or if they thought I was shilling and would never tell anyone how to play their money. But I will keep telling Posters of my experiences with Royal, even if it turns bad for me there. So far so good for the last few years, form Xmas turkeys, to Bail outs, timely payouts, contests, and good lines. Most of the negative Posts are from Posters that don't have accounts their.If these same attacks for the last year or so happened at other shops, I'm sure it would cause some financial hardship in those shops too. LIke I said the RX is PARTLY responsible for their hardship, not all of it, but partly to blame. There has been a agenda here for quite some time. Royal has to take some responsibility too.

Royal used to have some good people working there but now they are all gone. A couple years ago they had alot of slow pays and i'm sad to say i was one of them. This was during the Ham N eggs scam for the old timers.

So i'd be very reluctant to send them money until they get there house back in order. It's already been over two years so i think i can wait a little longer.

Don't agree with your Post. I've had accounts and still do on Shops that i have blasted for one reason or another. Cascade comes to mind, My Bookie, and Oly.

Why in the world would i move my money from my top notch books, that pay me on time, dont have negative ratings, dont have slime ball customer service and sure as hell dont have a known crook and wanted criminal running the book...

Why in the facking world would i put my money at royal? Really, some one explain this to me. Are there people so with some psychological bug or disease or some kind of affliction that would lead them to actually put money in that sham of a book????

I have never told you or anyone else for that matter to put your money in Royal or any other Shop. Please find that thread or Post !! I'm just reporting back my experiences at Royal, thats all. What do you want me to do lie and say they have cheated me out of money when they actually have treated me well their.Awhile back there was a thread on Posters getting payouts from Royal and I thought it was the General , I believe, that said it would be a good idea if you are requesting a payout let the RX know what happens. I'm just reporting the facts, that I have had no problems, I'm sorry this has you on the defensive on this issue, I'm sorry that we all can't be bashing Royal right now. If Royal screws me over, maybe I can get on the Bandwagon with you. But until that happens I'll keep playing there. Sorry I can't help you in the cause.

I would consider if:

I deposit $1K with a $4K bonus and I am allowed to withdraw the enitire amount in 7 days with no roll overs or wagers.

Once I get the check I will wait for 5 years and then fully fund my account for $100K.

Royal should respect this, it seems this is the way they do business everyday.

These are the reasons why I would continue to play there.

1) The bonuses that they give, in my mind compensate for the hassles you may encounter in getting paid.
2) Royal has bailed out many players, and continues to show a willingness to do so
3) As Roberto had mentioned before, the current owners of royal paid a decent amount for the book, I don't think they are going to throw that investment away by intentionally destroying royals reputation.
4) A couple of years ago, Oly showed an interest in purchasing Royal. And not to long ago Roberto said he knew of an interested buyer. S knowing that there are potential buyers out there, adds a layer of security

I never gave them a first chance. Go to Covers and the forum is full of posts complaining about slow pays. And they're owned by a guy who has stiffed more gamblers than Aces Charlie. Just because they got scammed last week doesn't change the fact that they are a bunch of scammers too. And any book that is being pimped on a particular forum run by a certain ex-Rx moderator is bad news.

I think it is important for players to be able to express their honest opinion on such issues without being flamed. We can only learn by listening to what players have to say about such tormented book IMHO.

While my opinion remains unchanged and TOW warning on Royal will not be revoked prior to 6 months AND it might be revoked in 6 months from now ONLY if no new slow pays complaints will be filed, I think its only fair to the few players who still have some faith in Royal to be able to express why they think the way they do without being flamed.

Being flamed...I agree. But that works both ways.

But for the FACTS:

1- Tej is the owner
2- Tej stiffed players when he was the owner at another book
3- Royal has more slow pay complaints than any other book online
4- Royal offers ridiculous bonuses that would be deemed ridiculous by anyone in the industry with half a clue

Why should people that visit this site be tricked into sending money to a book with these facts in place? So what if a few players were treated right...Royal knows their names and that they use the forums. I don't care if they treat 90% of their players right (which they don't), what about those other 10%?

Royal is a shit book and that doesn't changed based on a few players being treated the way every book is suppose to treat their players.

That said some players still like the book. My understanding is that those are primarily "bonus whores" (no offense meant). This, in my opinion, raises a further question and that is that the book has a non loyal customer base not only becuase of the slow pays but because the excessive bonus offering primarily entices shoppers.

From the book standpoint low customer retention is a serious aggravation in terms of cost of acquisition and cost of handle due to the fact that the hold is consistently inflated by "phoney bonus money"

But that is my point...not only are they crappy with payouts, but their business model is the worst in the industry. They are destined for failure. How anyone can lead someone to this book is beyond me.

Recycling new deposits to pay players is not a way to run a book.

Do they have money? Of course they do. But once Tej (and his investors) realize that what they are doing will never make money, HE HAS NO PROBLEM STIFFING AND WALKING AWAY. That is a proven fact, not my opinion.
