pac 10 showing they are the best confrence. notice usc easiest games were non confrence, Carroll has always said that. I know what he means. Auburn and Arkanasa lose by 50 when they play USC. so does every other non confrence team.

these bowl games are terrible. i lost interest ever since they stopped doing them all on the 1st. i only really watch 1 or 2 of the big ones now. they really need some sort of playoff to get back the interest before things get worse

Have to agree with you Rail on the Orange Bowl. Even though I had Virginia Tech, I fell asleep in the third quarter while watching and didn't wake up until 4 minutes were left.

Like everything else in the US it's all about the money. Football is a distant second as long as the sponsers "pony up" the money. Then Mr. "executive" from company A and the wealthy allumni from univesity xyz, can go and say they WENT TO THE ORANGE BOWL or whatever bowl.
