I think its the NL Central again...

Before the start of the season...I thought no way 83 wins gets the division this year...

Now I am not so sure...

IF... the Cardinals GM is able to add a couple starters via trade...they may take it in the 2nd half when Carpenter and Mulder return.

NL Central is the worst by a large margin. Wouldn't surprise me at all if the winner was under .500. With all the non-division games, seriously could see the entire division under .500 and the winner with 78-80 wins. And then that team could win the WS. That's baseball.

Yeah, it's definatly got to be the NL central. It's only a matter of time before the brewers are sub .500 like everyone else.

I think Chicago ends up winning it, with god knows what record.

NL Central for sure... and im a Cubs fan so I have no problem with being in the worst division!! I have been telling my White Sox friends all year that the cubs have a legit chance bc of the division and they laugh at me... but they really do if they can get their bullpen fixed somehow they have been good for the most part everywhere else... brewers or cubs will take it, in my opinion

Any of the central divisions are awful. AL and NL both.

Has been that way since the mid 80's

The AL Central is a very good division, and has been for the past few years....the past two AL WS representatives have come from the AL central and one winning it -Chicago.

Chi, Cle, Det, Min...this is the best division in baseball currently.

I know chi won the WS. However, there are no action players in the AL central. I watched that CLE/DET game last night and wanted to end my life. So many failed clutch situations. In the AL east the teams almost always score in clutch situations. That is mainly because they have power players. What power players exist in the AL central? NONE, just a bunch of scrawny turds. The big guys Ordonez, etc have been pure shit this year AND inconsistant. They keep saying, oh Ordonez is leading in RBI'S. It's only May for fvcks sake. I'll take Manny, Ortiz, Jeter, etc over them any day of the week.

Yep...

When the season ends...a very good team is going to be left out of the playoffs from the AL Central.

Is this a joke?

The MVP is from the AL Central... The Batting Champ from the AL Central... THE CY Young from the AL Central... The best starting pitching in baseball in the AL Central... The best 3-4-5 in baseball last year was in the AL Central by far... Ordonez leads baseball in RBI's... Hafner and Dye were both big time MVP Candidates... The best lead off hitter in baseball IMO is in the AL Central... The best offense in baseball IMO is in the AL Central... And you think that it is like watching paint dry... Are you mad because the East spends so much money for mediocre baseball... Clutch situations? The Sox led baseball last year in BA with RISP... So... kind of confused haha

Lets add 3 of 5 of the leading HR hitters are from the AL Central

3 of 5 of the leading RBI guys are from the Al Central...

2 of 5 wins leaders in the AL Central

What games have you been watching man?

Top 2 amount of runs scored in baseball are AL Central teams

agree AL Central is hands down the best division in baseball... it shouldnt even be an argument... The best leadoff hitter is not in the AL Central however that would be Ichiro
