If you know of the player why not let him post himself? I personally look after every payout and can assure you your friend is mistaken. Everyone gets payed during business hours within 30 minutes of their withdrawal request.
I am sure their must be at least 50 players from this forum that can say they have been payed within that time limit on many occasions. Some very large amounts.
I can also say that we have no pending cashouts in our system. So if your friend is a player at WORLDSPORTCENTER please bring him forward, I am very curious to know who he/she is.

Come again? Ok, here we go. So what your telling me is if you have two sportsbooks separated by name only, than the sports book that blows out isn't associated with worldsportcenter. This is kind of dificult to explain. I guess what i'm saying is, you have two sportsbooks under one roof. Same owner,same location,same phone number same computers,same clerks,same website. The only difference is you call them two different names. So if one of them doesnt pay than the other one shouldn't be held responsable??? With that understood i'll call the General!
