I would like to take a minute of your time for some
advice on our service.

In the last few weeks we have dealt with some concerns
about line change policies, etc.
Our management team has addressed these recent
concerns and would like some more feedback from the RX
posters that currently play with us and potential
customers that post here.

It seems most posters use different outs and therefore
have a lot of great ideas for improving software and services.
Searching the RX archives has given us some insight
into how we can improve, however asking the RX community
seems the better way to go.

Something i have noticed personally lurking around the forums when topics about "free neteller withdrawals", "Quick Software", "Big Limits", etc are discussed we are hardly ever mentioned. Is this because we are the new book on the block? or maybe the amount of time our book has been online?

Rick, I was disappointed in the customer service department (cant call it a department its the same girl that answers everytime and she makes me feel like Im bothering her)

also, on more than one occasion the wagering department hasnt answered the phone, as I tried to get down 10 minutes before the 10pm est baseball games. So I have to call customer service, who then transfers me to the wagering department.

I like the lines and rebates but I think the customer service/phone aspect needs to pick it up a bit

Our CS works a little different. We have what i like to call CS buffer girls. This means 2-3 girls that are versed in many different CS areas. If they cannot handle the problem it gets passed to the next office. My main reason for this CS arrangement was to make a familliar voice when calling about problems. Instead of being passed around and talking to different people everytime.


If you ever encounter a CS girl, operator, etc that is rude please ask for their name and myself or another manager will listen to the tapes and remove the person from our staff. I remember a few conversations with players over call-center line changes after read back where i received quite a tung lashing.:discuss: I am glad that problem was resolved.

On the phone issue, we had huge problems switching our phone system from Intelco (Out of business) to Belize Tele. You must have called a few weeks ago when this problem was happening. It seems customers were calling our wagering line and their calls were going into some kind of PBX limbo. Customers were saying that the phones were just ringing and ringing without an operator anwsering.
It was very hectic time, however the problem has since been resolved.

I appreciate the feedback Norega and hope things have become better when using our service.

Aside from the fact that your book is kicking the ever-living-crap out of me, WSC has fantastic to date. They've exceeded my expectations ... good lines. friendly buffer the vampire slayer girls & most importantly I've always gotten paid quickly.

Initially I liked your book because of your high limits. I do not mind paying a little higher juice (-110), as I leave it up to you to follow me or lay off my action elsewhere at maybe better prices, but you dropped your maximum on the WNBA to $300. Why?

This was strictly an upper management decision. Could have something to do with the low amount of action on that sport. There must be another sport
besides WNBA at our book that you find attractive?:)

I am glad to hear the service has met your expectations. Not much i can do with
the wins/losses side of things though. The good news is up or down you will always get payed.

Glad you like the buffer girls. Don't mistake this for fluffer girls. I woudn't want the office to turn into the Playboy mansion.

The pagers only work in the USA at the momement. I have been trying to work a deal with a Canadian company for these pagers, but have not had any luck yet. I cannot understand the reason for US SP's not working in Canada since the borders are seamless for most numeric services.
