World Champion Cardinals Resign Mark Mulder!

Cardinals have resigned Mark Mulder for 2 years 13.5 million with possible 3rd year with incentives making it a 3 yr 45 million. Great move for the Champs. Mulder will start year on DL but will be available likely in early May. Also, Cards are also close to resigning Jeff Weaver!
