Most books take action on arena football and i think wwts and C.R.I.S. take nfl europe action. If you look around you will find a book that will handle whatever you want.
Olympic handles euro as well.....IMHO I'd look into betting arena totals, think they are more predictable than world league, but that's my own thoughts....good luck in whatever you bet....
