We told you so:

MIAMI (AP) — Some consumers who bought insurance under President Barack Obama's health care law have buyer's remorse after realizing that their longtime doctors aren't accepting the new plans.

Before the law took effect, experts warned that narrow networks could impact patients' access to care, especially in cheaper plans. But with insurance cards now in hand, consumers are finding their access limited across all price ranges — sometimes even after they were told their plan would include their current doctor.

Michelle Pool is one of those customers. Before enrolling in a new health plan on California's exchange, she checked whether her longtime primary care doctor was covered. Pool, a 60-year-old diabetic who has had back surgery and a hip replacement, purchased the plan only to find that the insurer was mistaken.

Her $352 a month gold plan was cheaper than what she'd paid under her husband's insurance and seemed like a good deal because of her numerous pre-existing conditions. But after her insurance card came in the mail, the Vista, California resident learned her doctor wasn't taking her new insurance.

"It's not fun when you've had a doctor for years and years that you can confide in and he knows you," Pool said. "I'm extremely discouraged. I'm stuck."

Remember, just because Obama lied about being able to keep your doctor with your new (crappy) insurance, doesn't mean you aren't a racist for criticizing him.

The wheels of justice are grinding too slowly for Las Vegan Jill Parker.

Parker needed a cancer biopsy months ago. She’s been unable to get one despite paying nearly $400 in premiums in December to the state’s Nevada Health Link insurance exchange. Parker’s coverage was supposed to begin Jan. 1, but her insurer says she’s not in their system. Parker said neither she nor her husband, Robert, have gotten answers on their coverage status from Nevada Health Link or its contractor, Xerox.

Meanwhile, Parker is looking at roughly $20,000 in out-of-pocket costs to determine whether she has cervical cancer, thyroid cancer or another condition that’s causing her swollen lymph nodes.

“Frustrated doesn’t even begin to describe how I feel,” Parker said.

Parker is part of a class-action lawsuit filed by 200 plaintiffs who say they paid for exchange plans yet still have no coverage because of technical glitches. But Parker and nearly 10 other plaintiffs are gravely ill and need immediate medical attention, said their attorney, Matthew Callister of Callister, Immerman & Associates.

So Callister announced Wednesday that he will file a lawsuit for injunctive relief that would require the state or Xerox to provide immediate health coverage.

A Callister spokesman said he expects the injunction to be filed Thursday morning. Callister said help for patients could come as quickly as 48 hours after the filing.

So this is what it has come too, now you have to sue to receive medical coverage that you paid for.

Thanks Obamacare, how did we ever survive without you.

Yes it is. It’s sad day in America when you have to get your medical care through the courts.

clusterfuck: a disastrously mishandled situation or undertaking.

it had clusterfuck written all over it

I'm somewhat amazed are so fucking naive that they think Barry, Harry and Nancy are qualified to run a healthcare system. They're so fucking naive that they think making our healthcare system a political pawn is a good idea. They're so fucking naive that they trust all future politicians will also be qualified to sustain our healthcare system, they're so fucking naive that they thought something could actually increase red tape 10 fold, create new crimes, cover tens of millions more people including illegals, take away from service providers, take away from medical device manufacturers and increase the costs of doing business was somehow going to IMPROVE HEALTHCARE, REDUCE COSTS and help BALANCE THE BUDGET

I mean, seriously? just follow the yellow brick road until you get to a fork in the center of libtardville, then take it

You know these are the same people that bought Witch Hazel from gypsies believing they just bought the fountain of youth

as dumb as they come

Willie, take a step back and take another look.

They aren't naive at all. These vile scumbags know exactly what they're doing.

They know there's no possible way the government could ever run something as complicated as health care. They know there's no way the average plan will cost $2,500 less per year. They know it's going to be an enormous mess that could take generations to untangle, if there is even a country worth saving at that point. So how do they get away with it?

Because they also know their media groupies will protect them at all costs, because the media loves the Stuttering Clusterfuck so much that they'd crawl behind him on all fours for a mile just so they could kiss his ass. They also know their entire voting block will either be too dumb to realize this whole thing is a crock of shit, or the rest of them are so indoctrinated into the Left's Utopian vision that they don't really care whether it works or not. Protecting the party and their power comes first, and everything else is a very distant second.

At best, they're naive. At worst, they're disingenuous liars and pimps. I'll take the latter for $500, Alex.

Hawaii’s exchange, which has just more than 8,500 people registered, has a tab of about $23,899 per person.

I wasn't referring to the politicians themselves, I'm referring to the block of voters that enabled them and believes in them to this day

For the politicians, it's all win win. More money for them, more money for their campaigns, more job opportunities (read appreciation positions) for them and their families

Can't even imagine if Kerry had beaten Bush in 2004. Can you imagine 16 consecutive years of Kerry and Obama? Bin Laden would be alive and plotting and Kerry would have probably intervened and stopped this as well, claiming it violated 'International Law'.
