This makes no sense to me. Total should be around 122.5.

This is a great example of a the total being inflated as a result of a flukey quarter. You find this in the NBA all the time. You get a dud of a quarter, and the books make the total too high the next game. The game is basically an over, but the actual result pushes the line of the next game to be too high.
