I was talking to a guy at work today. LOL He goes on to say he has found a way to get rich. He says 95% of the silver in the world is gone.

LOL @ that. He says it should go up atleast a buck every 3 months. Isn't silver under $20?

Keep in mind this is a guy that is not too bright anyway. I just shook my head and said yeah that sounds like a plan.

Sounds like one of them guys that was snooping in the break room and over heard half a conversation to me. Silver is good but no where near gone.

LOL No snooping this guy came up to me. He is always trying to come up with an edge. Can't blame him but I don't think this will make him rich.

This guy is just not very smart is all. He said hill be rich and buy the company. He is all talk and like most of them guys He is broke. Yet insults people that work.

1 billion ounces is the area of a football up to your knees, or a 1/3 field 6 feet high. 600+ million ounces are used in industry each year while mine production is about equal. It will take new technological uses to see a noticeable deficit. All investment silver in circulation is around 1 billion ounces. 50 billion? ounces mined since the bronze age. Like most commodities, its being manipulated/shorted etc and not in a free market.

I wasn't talking about you. I was talking about him being in the break room. I got in Silver at $3-4 an oz. I would not get in at $17 myself. I knew at $3-4 it was a good investment. I also bought coins and not paper.

Anyone purchasing physical metals should be buying silver, IMO. Silver has some ground to make up against gold.

I've only started collecting within the last year. I'll buy a few bars or rounds here and there. I have 327 oz. for an average price of $15.99 an oz.

Silver is an excellent long term holding. Again, IMO.

trs, i believe what he was trying to tell you is that 95% of the former above ground stash the us govt had available has been either used and/or sold.

silver currently is one of the best investment locks anyone can find if they buy now and are willing to hold at least a few years.

its also your best way to veto how our govt is stealing from us via their printing presses.

if you hate the democrat liberal welfare state, buying precious metals is your only real chance to fight against it.

if you dislike the republican war machine, and tax cuts for mega rich, buying precious metals is your only real chance to fight against it.
