On the 5inn bets what's the difference between taking the moneyline and taking the runline (which is 1/2 for the favorited team)? Wouldn't you be basically betting on the same thing? On the runline you get better odds

No because if the score is tie you push on ml in 5 innings, but lose on the -.5.
