Not a big fan of pig roasts but my bud is from Costa Rica and puts on the best pig I have ever tried. Delicious. He always give me the cheeks. Mixes the pork with about 5 different things. Sauerkraut............Um

He also makes the best chunky salsa I have ever tried.
