Well, Senator Harry Reid of Nevada is a good shot at senate minority leader. Not sure if that is good or bad.

The Senate and the House will have more to do with the gambling bill than who the president is. Stop trying to blame everything on Bush.

Bush or Kerry... The gambling bills have(had) the same chance of passing. Neither president will veto.

If you wanted legalized gambling... You should have voted libertarian.

Both Nevada Senators are anti-online-gambling. The ridiculously stupid casinos here in Vegas who pay these Senators think that online gambling is competition.

Now if they could ever legalize it in US borders, the casinos would all open online versions. Only thing is, that won't happen in our lifetime. There are too many religious conservatives out there.

I think the Republicans are going to get on it right after they find all the WMD and Osama.

My guess is the same, continued status quo of annual threats followed with the annual ritual of a near silent death.

I am trying to throw some issues related to this off a contact and after I talk to them I will write up an article on it. Basic preview is that the next 4 years might be a little different than people expect.
