is there one main guy that is in charge of all the shops under the umbrella or is each shop ran by different people? Is there one man who can overturn any decision by the individual shop manager(s)?

i think each place has a different person in charge... i had a problem with a deposit bonus at linesmaker and emailed the manager mike, he fixed it right away.
