I'll be honest, I'm a Buckeye homer, but analyze the Big 10 pretty well. I've bet against the Bucks as much as I have bet on them. I can honestly say that I think Wisky is a bad team.

Look ok at their schedule---NO top 25 wins on their schedule. None! And to add to that, all their tough teams against the used to be top 25 teams were at home. LSU was neutral and they suck this year.

Im not saying the Bucks schedule was much better, but they played all their tough games on the road and won them all. It's tough to win all your road games!

i think this game sets up perfectly for the books. People are slamming Wisky and the line continues to rise. I'm going to let it rise and decide later what to do.

The he wild card is Cardale Jones. In spring ball he was the 2nd string qb. Right before Braxton got hurt, Barrett passed him on the roster. This kid can play and will be able to run the option game just fine. Throwing would be the wild card so I think we see lots of screens and short passes.

I could be be crazy here but I think we can beat this team.

all opinions welcome, just thinking out loud here and giving you something to chew on this week.

Enjoy your week!

As much as I make fun of OSU and the Big Mac, I agree with what you say and hope the line rises so I can slam the ML. Unfortunately, I have a feeling many bettors are thinking the same way.

I wouldn't bet against Urban.

It looked like they had a plan for the backup when he came in. Can they sustain that for a whole game? Who knows. If OSU can shut down the run, they'll win easily. If not, they could get into a shoot out.

its a game ill be laying off,but i could not count on a kid in a championship game off the bench.thats just my saying, and im not trying to speak for anyone else.wisconsin's defense is much better than ohio st and i can't see them stopping the badgers running attack, but like i said its not a game ill be playing unless something i see really hits me.

when you average more yards per carry than any other team in the nation and your defensive ypc allowed is 7th in the nation, you are a tough and imposing foe. No team in the country combines running the ball and stopping the run better then UW this year.

And This Gentlemen, is one smart individual! GLTU Sir! Run all day, keep the ball away from the other guys, and I can stop them at will, I'm gonna win.

Coach, I played the game, you lose the QB, and third string has to come in, not very good things happen. Just hammered Wisky -4.

Never go against a team with a key player out of the line up.

Looks easy to go against this team with a 3rd stringer.

Give me the 4 points all day long.

Good luck!

This should be a very good game... I'm probably laying off this game unless the line swings heavy one way or the other. I tend to lean towards teams with the better defense, Ohio state has a great pass rush but that should be negated by wisconsin constantly running the ball with two great RBs. Wisconsin has what I feel is the most underrated defense in the nation with almost zero notoriety. I can't imagine Ohio state opening up the playbook too much here. They'll do what's necessary to move the ball but expect primarily read options and simple play action to their tight ends....this game plays in to wisconsins hands but urban has a way of grinding out wins.... I'll steer clear Until I see an easy play. Bol guys

Seriously Bucknuts but your info is all HOMER and sadly somewhat clueless!!! First of all, they played LSU @ LSU because I was at the game LOL. If they would have had Stave at QB for that game and continued to work RB Gordon in the 2nd half they would have drilled LSU. They drilled a 16th ranked Nebraska team a new ass hole. I was at that game as well. So I'm dismissing much of your analysis

First of all WITH BARRETT AT A NEUTRAL SITE ( Indianapolis) THIS GAME WOULD HAVE BEEN PICK 'em or Ohio State -1..The line opened up Wisky -4 based on Ohio State basically down to their 3rd string QB and the loss of QB Barrett. There has not been significant movement on this game since it came out. Initial hits were Ohio State +4 dropping line at some places to Wisky -3.5. Since then with today's action it actually has moved to Wisky -4.5 at a few places but the -4 is definitely still around.

I wanted this game @ pick'em and was waiting all year for it. I hate betting against Urban Meyer but was ready to because Ohio State really hasn't stopped anyone this year defensively. NO ONE!!! I believe Rutgers and Illinois are the only two teams Ohio State held under 20pts. The Wisconsin offensive line will drive those Buckeyes back to Ohio. However, I know just how Urban Meyer will play his defense vs the Badgers. He will have his defense sell out vs the run and force QB Stave to beat them. I'm not sure Stave can beat them BUT I'm not sold the Buckeyes can stop the Badgers running game, either Gordon or Clement.

The unknown obviously is the 3rd string QB of Ohio State. Ohio State will not run through the Badgers so that kid better be able to pass and pass with pressure.

Should be a fun rock'em sock'em game

My view is that whoever Ohio State runs out there at QB, they can't be much worse than what Wisky is fielding.

Also note how over-valued Wisky has been the last 2 weeks (0-2 ATS) after Gordon's huge rushing performance. They don't maul people up front nearly as bad as you'd think after that Nebraska game. The Neb. game was Wisconsin exploiting them schematically, not physically.

More than a fg is too much to swallow.

Mouth, you know how far Baton Rouge is from Houston? I did a 2+ year assignment with Dupont in Orange, right on the border. At 70, which is the Interstate speed limit in Texas, straight shot on I-10, you can make it in 3+ hours at the most. Try doing that from Cheddar country.

Say good-bye to your credability. If you were in Baton Rouge the night of the Wisky-LSU game, you saw it in some bar. The game was played in Houston. In case you do not know this, Houston is in Texas, NOT Louisiana. Now how many other games did you see in person in your drunken stupor? No one will believe you anymore, now that you have been caught in a flat out lie.
