45 degrees and 100% chance of rain today in Madison.

Wisconsin has had trouble running the ball all year due to injuries and inexperienced o-line. Badgers RB Clement is questionable today, RB Deal is out. Starting center Voltz is out for the year after ACL injury last week.

The one constant this year is Wisconsin's defense has been superb. I don't see Rutgers moving the ball through the air a lot today.

Rain often leads to turn overs and more points. The only time I would play an under due to weather is if it was very high winds. More often than not points come from the rain. WR know their routes and that is where man covering them slips and loses footing often. Good luck just not a big under person related to rain.

This is that "shit-ass" weather that can move-into the Upper-Midwest (Madison) at this time of the year.
Be aware that Korbel's Brandy will be flowing freely in Camp Randall keeping the fans well-oiled.
