Not saying its going to win, but in situations like these they usually do. I love these types of plays.

Cal coming off big win against Arizona St.........first away game in awhile.

Wash St. coming off a demoralizing loss to rival Washington at home and not playing well as of late.

Why is Washington St. favored by 1.5???

Thats why I love Wash St.
