I started thinking yesterday....Datsyuk's foot MAY just be broken and they'd never tell anyone. Just report it as a "lower body injury" game by game. Wouldn'r suprise me one bit. That swelling should be down enough to get in his boot by now.

Hull has always been a wild one (spousal abuse anyone??), but I wouldnt blame him for charging, it wasnt until the old man Wirtz died in 07 that the hawks ownership really embraced the old players and held functions to honor them. Rocky had to go to great lengths to get some of those guys to return that had been shunned by Bill for years.

The NHL needs to follow the NFL way as far as injuries. The Line steamed to to Det -130 then puck drop it,s Det -105. No wonder gamblers shy away from betting hockey. It,s hard enough picking winners ,let alone not knowing your best defenceman isn,t playing minutes before game time.
