Wind at Wrigley today???

I see a light breeze is blowing out to center at 11 MPH. Is that enough to make the ball jump out in the bleachers? total is at 11 so I would think so or at least the oddsmakers do.

Same thing I got. Can't remember when they said the wind is blowing light if the ball carries at Wrigley or it has little of a factor
