Hello everyone, my name is Paul and I've decided to ask for help cause everything i've been doing isn't working. Just a brief background. I'm 22, I played travel hockey from 6-14 years old and football from 14-21 inlcuding 3 years in D3 college. I've always been around 180-190 lbs with very little body fat and good muscle definition. However, sports made it so easy to stay in shape. But I broke my ankle junior year in college and didn't play my senior year. Since then I have taking up the hobby of binge drinking and eating fast food. I am now 248 and disgusted with myself.

I have been feeling what I consider to be remarkably well under such circumstances. And while I've had many more good days than bad, it seems as if I turned some corner last Friday and the bad moments have disappeared
Had my one month followup today, everything is great and I've been cleared to drive
going to start working 5 hours per day now
