OFFICIAL RULES
1. There is a $100 fee per entry. Entries are non-transferable and non-refundable. Contestants must be at least 21 years of age at date
of entry.
2. There is a maximum of 25 entries allowed per person. Purchasing more than 25 entries will result in disqualification from the
contest.
3. The contest involves selecting seven (7) Saturday college games per entry per week for 10 weeks from among a list of eligible
games designated by William Hill. Contestants may submit selections any time during the week and on Saturday as long as there are
at least seven (7) games remaining to start.
4. Weekly selections must be submitted to any William Hill Race & Sports Book or entered through a William Hill Kiosk. There are
no exceptions.
5. The last date to enter to qualify for Season Prizes is September 8, 2012. To qualify for the Season Prizes, selections must be
submitted all 10 weeks with all selections properly marked. Entries received after September 8, 2012 will be eligible for Weekly
Prizes, but will not qualify for Season Prizes.
6. Tickets generated from the wagering system are used to determine winners and losers. Check your ticket before leaving the window
or kiosk. Once selections have been submitted and the contestant leaves the window or kiosk, tickets cannot be changed or voided.
Any entry submitted with the wrong contestant number is disqualified for that week and is awarded zero wins for that week, which
will not count toward Least Winners. It is the sole responsibility of the contestant to provide and maintain his contestant number.
7. There will be a total of $100,000 in guaranteed prize money. If the total amount of entry fees collected exceeds $100,000, then 80%
of the amount by which entry fees exceed $100,000 will be allocated as a bonus to the Season Prizes. The bonus, if any, will be
allocated in the following manner: Grand Prize 60%; 2nd Prize 20%, 3rd Prize 12%, 4th Prize 6%, 5th Prize 2%.
8. In the event of a tie for any of the Season Prizes, money for those prizes will be split equally among all tied contestants. For
example, if two contestants tie for 1st Place, then the 1st and 2nd Place prizes will be equally split between the two contestants and the
person (s) with the next most correct picks will be paid 3rd Place money. If three or more contestants tie for 1st Place, Grand Prize
money will be shared in the same manner as above.
9. In the event of a tie for a Weekly Prize, tied contestants will split only the prize money they would have been entitled to had they
been the only winner. For example: if four (4) contestants tie for most winners, those contestants will split the 1st Place money for that
week. If only one contestant has the 2nd most winners, on that same week, he will collect all 2nd place money.
10. Winning tickets are non-transferable. Winners must present a valid photo ID in person to claim prizes.
11. All prizes must be redeemed by February 28, 2013. No exceptions. Uncollected prizes are void and become property of William
Hill.
12. Winners will be subject to IRS reporting of winnings based on applicable laws and IRS regulations. Contestants who refuse to
provide their tax identification number when required will not be allowed to collect their winnings.
13. Full standings will be updated and displayed each week at
www.williamhill.us.
14. Any questions or disputes concerning the interpretation of these rules or situations not covered by these rules will be resolved by
William Hill management in a manner deemed by them to be fair to all concerned and that decision shall be final and binding on all
contestants. If the patron is not satisfied with the result of William Hill’s decision, they have the option to seek resolution with the
Nevada Gaming Control Board.
15. William Hill management reserves the right to make changes to the contest rules and format or cancel the contest at any time.
16. All winners grant William Hill the right to take and utilize any or all photographs taken of them or information secured from them,
including their name and likeness, in connection with the contest for any publicity, promotional or advertising purposes in any media
without compensation, consideration, notice, review or consent. Winners release William Hill, its employees and officers of any
liability in connection with such use.
