I think it will get worse.

1. Gamblers are becoming better educated everyday. You could know squat about betting and piggyback Patrick's NBA, Raider's NFL, or SeaUrch's PGA plays and make nice bank. Heck, you could fade Pinny's "value" & make nice bank.

2. The US Govt continues to pressure & bully the industry. This scares off players.

3. Bonuses, bonuses, bonuses - in a saturated market shops need to offer these big bonuses that ultimately bring them down.

Books need to pray for :
1. Plenty of big upsets on high-profile games
2. More Beantown Jims
3. More EASY payment options (NETeller competition minus the unPATRIOTic ACT)

Lander - I agree with what you wrote.

But according to the statistics I'm receiving MORE squares/Recreational gamblers are going online in the states this year because of the publicty of the BAN on online gambling.

This Court TV trial on the tube this week exposed Online gambling to a new BIG audience that wasn't aware that online gambling was being used by atheletes and others.

Interest data.
An ironic twist & "sweet justice" for Mr. Leach.
I'll bet Mr. Leach would actually cry if he read this

Hopefully this trend continues because the more square the market - the more value in the lines

The only constant is the you have to put in a lot of work to be a winner at this game. Most people are just simply too lazy to do so. They might be slightly more knowlegeable but it is still way too little.

only the lines made the final score and the amount of money can determine that
