Using 10,000 as the barometer.........I would say UNDER.

This would be a very nice prop for some sportsbook to put up.

As Kerry's poll number go up the market will go down. If Kerry wins expect the market to fall hard. Edwards has a proposal to raise the capital gains tax rate for those with more than $300,000 in gains. If Kerry and Edwards win every rich guy/gal will sell all their big winners.
If you have money in the market vote Bush. If have nothing in the market but want to get in cheap vote Kerry.

Shrink- The terror threat is a major concern to the market IMO.

I see this has completely different than any other election year by FAR..........at least in my lifetime.

I would tend to agree with your opinions on this subject.
