For those that may not know, the CHICKEN RANCH is a legal brothel 60 miles outside the Vegas city limits. He may consider it if he finds the following story.....................
MELBOURNE, Feb 12 (Reuters) - Heidelberg United, who play in Victoria's state league in Melbourne, have fallen on hard times and successfully approached a local brothel for sponsorship.
'They basically approached this establishment. They said, 'you helped out a netball team, can you help us?'' Gotham City manager Angelo Corcasio told Reuters on Thursday.
Corcasio said the South Melbourne brothel, which he described as 'six-star', had also sponsored a senior netball team, motor car racers and kickboxers.
'It's a touchy little area. You've got young kids and mothers at a sporting club,' he said.
'If you can help a club out while you are being discreet, I'm sure it's good for the club and you are doing good.
'Our clients are pretty upmarket. It's a six-star establishment.'
Heidelberg United president Elias Deliyannis said: 'It's a straight-out cash deal. There are no additional services offered, or asked for.
'We're endeavouring to expose their business in a tasteful way,' he added in Thursday's Herald Sun newspaper.
'We have a lot of children registered with our club and we realise this has to be dealt with in a sensitive way.
'There definitely won't be signs at the ground or on our shirts.'
The newspaper said the former National Soccer League club had sent out a sponsorship letter which asked fans to 'support the girls who support us'.
