Brees is the best thing that ever happened to the saints .
My favorite player of all time .

But I would let him go somewhere else for JG.
Its absolutely nothing personal.

Just a fact of 12 years with one guy vs 3 years of the other you have have to look at things long term .

I think the saints are going to try to get Mayfield and let him sit under Brees for 3 years

3 years is long term in the NFL. Average career is about that right?

Belichick will have to draft another QB, something he has done many times while here.

No way would I sell Beady and Pats short this week. I expect a major improvement this game..Most dangerous off a loss.

Rodgers......Luck and Young were pretty much considered the future since they got those guys. Montanna and Manning were off serious injuries. And if I remember right I think Favre was contemplating retirement or something and the Packers decided for him it was just time to move on. Totally different than Brady and Garp who wasn't exactly considered to be the next big thing until he had like 3 pretty good games. Is that enough to quit on Brady and an almost guarantee shot at a good chance at a SB? NO

Not sure why everybody just assumes Jimmy G is the second coming. He could be good. But remember the pats system actually made matt cassell look like a stud

They sign for the same amount of money as any other player.
They are slotted .

And yes hiesman winners sit all the time. Some don’t even get drafted at all.
Winning an award that don’t mean jack shit to the nfl has no barring at all

Yea I would have traded Brady .

San Fran basically did that to Montana .
GB basically did that to Favre.
Indy told manning to take a hike when they got Luck.

He's baaaack, with this narrative that's been disproved time and time and time again.

Brady already won one SB since you would have traded him. In that time frame, he's been one of the top QB's, won the most games and has legit a chance to win a 2nd SB

Throw in stuff about Butler and Cooks, and I'm going to suggest your predictions are just not very good when it comes to the Patriots

PS: I do find anyone giving Belichick roster management advice a little amusing, because so many have and he's always right. He just keeps winning at the highest levels
