Will books ban you?

Hypothetically, say that you win a moderate % of games in large numbers consistently. Would the books ban you if you've taken them for two times your starting bankroll? 6 times? 100?

If so - and if it is important that you are allowed to play at a certain small (3-4) number of books - what would you do to prevent this from happening? Moving the money around? beards?

This has nothing to do with anything of questionable legitimacy like bonus shopping. Serious replies only please, save the commentary.

I deal with the books that seem to have the better reps here, including betcris, pinnacle, olympic, millenium, and 5dimes.

Truthfully yars ago Millennium used to toss the shakers, makers, and steam players. In some instances we have actually invited guys back in from years ago that were let loose. Bookmaking is all about harnessing these guys, and playing them against each other to the company's best interests. Not to say that betmill doesn't limit action on some of these guys, or limit bonus policies, but they take em right on now. Betmill has some sharp guys that want their money weekly etc....in return they ask for no bonus, or reload bonuses, rather they just want a shop that has a good number, has great odds, and pays upon demand. Millennium can honestly say that there has not been one customer tossed in over a year because they were sharp. And that's a strong statement from an establishment known for the receational bettor.

Alot of phony books out there. They will boot you if you show them an ability to pick off soft numbers. Some will just boot you because you won right away. The real books like Pinnacle...WSEX...Olympic...CRIS, you have no worries.

I love to see you, Chucky, back in the fold at Betmill. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised....and I think they'll give you the $150 that you claimed was lost (probably in the software changeover).

Name me one client booted in the last year for winning and I'll see that Betmill gives you a $500 funded account with a 3X rollover with no strings attached. Bonus limitations yes, reload bonus limitations yes, betting limits yes, but the boot ....no!

How low have you reduced limits to in the past year, and how low does someone's limits need to be reduced to before these low limits become a de facto "boot".

If someone who originally started with $1,000 limits had their limits cut to $500, or even $250, I could buy your statement that you haven't booted anyone.

But, if someone starts out with $1,000 limits, and you drop their limits down to $50 ... then you can't really claim that you haven't booted anyone, because basically, by dropping their limits to $50, you HAVE effectively booted them.

I was booted from your book, they said I bet too many 2nd halfs as opposed to full game lines.

And I aint giving you my name, you can keep your $500

Any book that limits your action to less than $500 is pretty much booting you in my opinion. I have had my limits cut to $300 from a couple of big books and to me that is no different than booting a player. Also asking a player that they are not allowed to bet online, and that they have to call in all their action is BS.

This is the first I have heard of a software change over being the cause of my account with the money being wiped clean.

Question: Will your website state that a 2-team teaser involving a loss & push is graded "no action"? Is that "no action" grade for 2-team basketball teasers too?

Never had a problem when I played with large books.

Smaller (at least reputation wide books) will lower your limits when you beat them on soft number consistently:

Sportbet (lower limits, promotions)
Royal (prop limits lowered 90% to $50 and required to call in)
V-Wager (baseball props limits "undefined" neaning you need to guess at your limit game by game)
Linewiz- give you da boot

Only applies to Football or Football "mixed" teasers with baskets. Chucky...why don't you send Wilheim your account number and Betmill will load your account with the $150 you claim that you're owed, plus they'll drop an additional $200 into your account for your past troubles at a 3X rollover, no strings attached. If you're not happy at the end of all that, just ask for a payout and we'll all go on with our lives. I think you might have a change of heart.

Either I'm very fortunate or you have bad information, because Bodog hasn't blinked at a payout request of mine yet nor have they cut me off.
