Will a sportsbook cancel a tennis bet that has started?

Will a book cancel a tennis bet that has already started? I bet Hewitt $1670 to win $1000 and he is down 4-3 on serve in the first. My money has been tied up for 3 days now and I want to bet the NFL game tonight without having to redeposit.

NO chance in hell. As a matter of fact, I hope htat most books would not do that since i have your opponent to win about that same amount. I also have Srichapan to win the whole USOPEN at a nice line of 55 to 1.

THey are still on serve, but I like my chances. Srichapan has a GREAT serve! I really needed Roddick to lose last night though since Roddick will NOT lose this tournament without an injury in my view. But maybe i can get lucky. If I read the draw correctly, Srichapan doesnt play Roddick until the finals if both get there! Can anyone go out htere and BReak Roddicks leg for me if neccessary for $500 or so??

I've also had money tied up over the past 3 days on tennis wagers. It seems as if the standard rule on tennis is that if a match is postponed, you will still have action, even if they change courts. Although some books will cancel the wager if the match has not been completed after one week from the date the bet was placed. I hope this helps.

the rule at pinnacle is that if the match does not resume in 48 hours its no action. however, my bets are at pinnacle and they are still pending. did these matches start, stop then start and stop again? that's the only way i can see pinnacle not cancelling these wagers.

I too have sricha outright but at 40 to 1.

I think he will make the final, but it doesn't really matter. I will probably be hedging for a guaranteed profit from the semis onwards, if he makes it that far.

Roddick is way above the field in terms of current form.
