IP matches are overvalued especially when pertaining to a particular location. I use dial-up for something like 80% of my web surfing and half the time I'm not even in the same state where my dial-up co. is based.

Bigbet, I seen an exact match with IP's, but cannot re-confirm, so I have to assume a software glitch or visible error by me. Again, my apologies.

IPs don't mean ****...anybody can mask/alter their IP if they want...and many dialups have the same IPs for their own customers...
