Floyd,
Why does the posting of current events and/or disessing opinions bother you? Are you insecure with your views? or simply intollerant of others' views?

Just curious.

Forums are for discussion, not for bombarding viewers with one-sided propaganda. How many of Wilheim's 'articles' lead to any intelligent discussion? Pretrty much none from what I have seen.

I havne't seen you critize KMan for spamming & he's posted several times the articles that Wil has.

Do you have selective tollerence?

Floyd - Sorry if it bothers you, why not ignore them. Really a simple solution, when you see something I post, just forget it. OK?

wil.

BTW. I notice 8 threads near the top of this page started by you, with only this one getting any responses.

KMAN's posts often lead to long and fruitful discussions on real issues. Just look at he relative number of replies to a typical KMAN post vs. a typical Wilheim post.

See the thread titled as an example:

"Kerry Plays Dumb on Truth About Bush's Guard Service"

Wilheim's almost never do.

Kman has 16 threads on page 2 and only 7 of those have at least 10 responses.

Does this equate to "often lead(ing) to long and fruitful discussions" in your opinion?

Whats the point? Some threads get responses, and create discussion, others just fade into oblivion. There is no harm done, the forum is open to any poster who cares to post intelligent topics, regardless of political leanings. Obviously Floyd does'nt like to see pro-democratic topics posted, well that is his problem. Free speech still rules I believe.

Actually, I starting doing it because of people like Phaedrus. He would post 10 articles a day from website's I had never even heard of and they were pretty much always opinions. No factual info.

I'm just getting out the facts that the Liberal media doesn't want you to hear.

KMAN - Is that any better or worse than the topics I posted?

LMAO at "factual info." In this day and age, you'd have to actually work for the government (US, Canadian, Left, Right, whatever) to know what's really going on.

Ninety percent of what's written are opinion pieces, even if they're disguised as fact. But isn't that what message boards are for -- to debate both sides of the fence?

I agree. I don't have a problem with people posting anything. If it's not something I'm interested in I just don't read it.

I think people from now on should post where they get certain articles. That way everyone can judge for themselves how real they are.

I've tried hard to just stay out of the pointless ad hominem wars of this forum, but really, you Republican marionette.

Phaedrus

No profanity please.
