Correct me if I am wrong, but the NHL hockey game was this afternoon and was over by 4:00pm EST....

Isn't that just giving two slots away for those who posted after the game started?

I'm just going to grade them as they were selected. Wins are wins - loses are loses.

For some reason I thought the hockey game was a night game.

In the future there should be a disclaimer "or before first game selected starts"

kind of a bummer that those two selections wouldn't be selected as wins for everyone.....we get a slap on the wrist for getting in early

No problem...I just honestly thought I was going crazy when I saw it
I think grading them all as winners is the proper thing to do...

I would just add like I said "or before start of first game posted"

There were only a few entries after the fact, some even picked it wrong ! It caught me too, I picked the V-Wager contest after the start, then posted it was late.

I expected a night game, give the late pickers the benefit of the doubt here.

Wilheim made a good call here... winner for everybody... fair to all... except perhaps the few that called this game right, early.

Unlikely anybody wins today anyway.

This is the fairest solution, IMO !

good idea wil...HUMAN error happens we ALL make mistakes.....its not easy to grade or post these HUGE contests
