I went to make a withdrawal today and they told me it would take 3-5 weeks to get my money.

WTF could take 3-5 weeks? Keep in mind this is after all your personal information is verified. WTF does it take 3-5 weeks to credit my bank account with my money? If a merchant at a local store makes a mistake they credit your account immediately so why can't the books?

Email me the information at person19481950@yahoo.com I need the book's name, your acct Number there and the name on the account plus the amount of the withdrawal.

I will get right on it, I hope I can do something for you before Monday (weekends are difficult) but one way or another I will do what I can to help.

No Wil, I haven't asked for the withdrawal yet. I was on live chat with them today and asked them how long it takes and they told me 3-5 weeks is he average time.

Unfortunately there are some books still experiencing processor bank problems which create unrealistic delays that no one is happy with but things are getting better. New methods are in the works.

8 weeks is the norm at one sponsor up top. (40 business days)

3 weeks is considered lightning quick nowadays.

just wish someone could explain what on earth takes so long.

Volume, a book like Sportsbook.com is huge and sends out literally thousands of payouts weekly.

The backlog is casued by limits of withdrawals allowed to be processed per day. Natrually Sportsbook.com is always trying to partner with new processor banks in order to reduce the volume of withdrawals placed upon processor banks already in operation.

The problem is it is not a buyers maket right now for books looking for reliable processors, thus the unfortunate delays that no one including the various books are happy with continue to exist.

The good news is new withdrawal methods are being tested and hopefully the books with long withdrawal times will sooner rather than later resolve the problem by developing aditional withdrawal options with quicker timeframes for players to choose from.

This will result in a reduction in tournaround times between the withdrawal request and the date funds are actually in the hands of the player who made the request to begin with.

I am not going to get into detail on an open forum except to say progress is being made.
