Looking ahead to a game Thursday nite I can only say this is a rare time as a dog player that I would not hesitate to lay the 45 cents on the homestanding Flyers. imo 45 cents (Pinn) is cheap for a team that has run the table at home so far in the playoffs. After a blow-out win in Tampa on Monday night the Flyers will be sky high in front of frenzied Philly crowd. Look for Philadelpiha power play to be the difference. For the more intrepid gambler I like Philly -1.5 plus 200 (Pinn.) also.

Pete - what happened was the thread title was changed by other mods as the series went on from my original title of thursday nite. Rather then start new threads this one was extended by both General and Fishhead. My original post was never changed.

Frog - Yeah so whats your point. I was wrong big deal. At least the play saved juice for anyone who might have used more expensive money line on Philly.

OF- I have been coming here to the forum for a number of years, but I have never been on to post. Just recently I have had some free time on my hands and have begun to contribute. I enjoy your insights on the games and I think that your posts are concise and pretty to the point when it comes to handicapping. To be completly honest I never was able to find out what happened between you and shrink that made you decide to leave the forum. I was disapointed when I thought that you were not going to post anymore and I am happy you are back. Hopefully you will continue your good fortune in handicapping and will continue to share your insights with the rest of us. I do not know exactly what transpired between you and wil either, the only thing I saw was his comments about you talking about winners after they were already decided. Now wheather or not that was justified, I really think you have gone overboard with your personal attack on Wil and I think it is making you look like a complete a$shole. I really think you take things way too personal and you should just drop it. If someone says something bad about you, Defend yourself yes, but dont go overboard like you have with wil. I have had a complete thread written about me, by I believe winkyduck, about a conversation we had on the phone and I did not take it as bad as you have taken wils' remarks. Dont waste your time looking for previous threads to rip on wil, put your time to good use and work on tommorows board.

Then General added game 6 on the 20th. Nothing about my losing pick was edited.
