First of all I do not go around accusing books of scamming players. I deal with disputes professionally and try to get them resolved that way and not use any kind of blackmail by using words like scam to achieve success. As far as defending players goes, I think my record stands for itself.

Your 100% right Wil , you NEVER going around accusing a book for scamming a player , However you mighty quick to use the word SCAM when reffeing to a player!
Wil beleive me Im not the only one who is onto you , if you think Im wrong then why not move this thread to the MAIN FORUM so all others can comment on it!
Of course we both know that will NEVER happen though! Don't we!

The thing you probably do not understand about disputes is there are two sides to each one and If there is a scam involved then it is usually on the part of a player who is trying to circumvent rules. However, almost all disputes involve disputes about other things like bad line interpretation, rollover requirements, identical IPs, duplicate accounts at sister books and that sort of thing. Mediating these kind of disputes takes the cooperation of all parties and accusing either side of scamming breaks any kind of communication down quickly.

You have to be unbiased when presenting the case and listen to both sides. I know I have been taken advantage of by a couple of players over the last year of so who did try to get over on a book by perpertrating a scam - all of those that made to to the forums are well documented as to what happend.

I am glad to hear you are on to me though..:nopityA:

I love the "sister books" comment. It tells me a lot about the mindset.

If a player took a bonus at two books of the same family, and the bonus and/or winnings is confisticated, Wil must believe they have a right to do so.

It is not the responsibility of the player to know which books are part of a "family" unless its actually listed somewhere. Therefore, they are NOT duplicate accounts.

... but a person who wants to stick up for the books, can just argue that they are duplicate accounts and that is that.

Just like you want FACTS during mediations, TRK is simply looking for facts. Just like you don't trust that the player did nothing wrong, TRK is simply not taking your word for it either. He is asking for a thread just like you would ask for an email/chat transcript - yet you want him to TRUST you.

It's not that difficult to pull up a thread. Just do it and TRK and I will go away.

It is a REQUEST - just like you get a request for help, you are getting a request for a link.

You say you provide help, but I guess you don't provide links.

It's ok though. For me, not providing a link confirms my belief.

Believe what you want I have nothing to hide from either one of you guys. Obviously you have an agenda against me because of your EOG thread getting moved. Like I said earlier feel free to complain.

I am done with this thread.
