Few days ago I mentioned my wife( who doesnt gamble) replied emphatically "Detroit" when I asked her who would win the 5th game in INdy..She gave me Detroit again tonite ..which I mentioned in my post.....I asked her what about the finals..She is thinking about how many games it will go...I am not quite sure of her pick yet...By the way I played 2 teamer in 5th game Detroit money line and the under,,,I was fortunate tonite I played Detroit buying 3 pts to -3 and the under buying 3 pts to 156...I also had a few 4 team baseball parlays..2 went dead..only one I was alive with one... was Detriot vs KC and under 10..I had KC +1 1/2....score 5-3 KC...The other part was Braves -175 OVER 8...100/to win 759......Braves down bottom of 9th..6-3....Guy hits 3 run homer to ty..next guy hits homer ..Braves win 7-6.Every dog has a day ..eh

You'll see that from time to time. An inflated ML that simply BEGS you to buy 2-3 points. Going with -2 -170 was a no-brainer as opposed to the ML of -280.

wil, I'd like to see what Fezzik would actually say to this situational point buy. I think you might be surprised.
From my perspective, buying 3 points for 60 cents is very slightly to the negative during the NBA regular season in all games combined. BUT when we're talking about getting an extra half point in each direction, on a ultra low total game in a series with mostly competitive games during a playoff round which has had ultra-tight lines and when the middle range is 2 to 9. You can doubt all you want, I'll just keep cashing the tickets. I've done this 7 times this round and won 4 of them (at +286 odds thank you very much). The "dumb" bets were the straight bets on coinflip pointspreads.

D2 - Don't get me wrong I am only kidding here. I understand your thinking and find it imossible to dispute. Honestly I am real glad to hear you are making money. Over the years I have writtten bet tickets for the sharpest players in the world and you would be surpised by some of the "names" I know buy points in the NBA.
