Perhaps this is some type of test. If we understand it, we are in major trouble. If we do not understand it, we are normal.

First time we agree, LOL. Our Senior trip was to the Jack Daniels distillery, I assure you I was speaking Memphis' language at the end of that one, LOL. GL

apparently baylor hired a PR firm to help its case to make the national NCAAF playoff...

not sure i care one way or the other. i think a BCS conference undefeated deserves to be in playoff but it would also look good on FSU not to make it

My wife was born and raised in the South, near Auburn Alabama, even though she was born on the Georgia side of the line. We have had many great trips to the South. We would move there in a second except that family matters kind of prevent us from doing so now. She is not a big footbll fan, but was last Saturday. She did now who to pull for in the UGA-Tech game. She prefers Tech but really likes UGA 9. It was funny. The fun ended for her when the Irish in her made a comment about my alma mater. After a 49-14 butt kicking, she will not make that mistake again. But I generally root for any Southern team over any "Yankee" team. I lived in the South for over 4 years with her while I was in the military and a bit after that. Great part of the country. The people down there have it right. Very kind and friendly, especially compared to California.

I am a very fortunate man. I studied hard, and by hard, I mean until 3, maybe four in every morning. I made myself smart, and the gig with the Dores gridiron was a dare. I played three sports there, would have gladly kicked out the football, didn't know I'd actually play. First time I got hit by a guy that weighed nearly 100 lbs more than me, I'm telling ya, wtf? I hurt into the next century. NOTHING, and I mean NOTHING beats a good education and degree. You got kids, I encourage you to guide them to higher education. I like the south because the people are friendly and the temps are mild. But as I've stated on this forum before, I'm from Pittsburgh, and I bleed black and gold for my Steelers and my Dores. GL my friend.

I see that Baylor's mov really paid off. They drop to #6 and now are just about out of the picture.
