Why WSEX is rising to the top of Harrington's list!!!

Great customer service!!! It's been a long day and I placed a wager on N. Texas by mistake. I picked up the phone and talked to one of the wager reps and asked if they could possibly delete my wager for me that I bet the wrong team. Now this might not seem like that big a deal to you guys but I have had more then my share of books tell me to just bet the other side and eat the juice. WSEX is one of the oldest offshore and has alway's been a top notch out. Later and by the way S. Miss is the play tonight. Goodnight boys.

No reason a book shouldn't cancel a wager made by mistake if it's requested in plenty of time, and especially if the line hasn't moved. Only a few books will do it. I had a bad experience with 5dimes in this matter and the way I was treated left a bad taste in my mouth with them.Hours before the game and line was still the same. Sounded to me as if they were simply too lazy to bother with it.......

Thier limits are a joke joke joke. However their software is out of this world. Three clicks and you are where you need to be in under a second. Come on WSEX get those limits up please.

This is my only gripe against WSEX -- why can't they use the Don Best rotation schedule???? It is a pain in the butt to find what I want in the closing seconds.

Just want to confirm that what Harrington experienced is not an isolated incidence with WSEX. I have made a few mistakes when entering my plays as well and each time, it only took one phone call to their main line and the representative backed out the play immediately while I was still on-line, allowing me still time to make the corrected play.

Every book has it's differences, but in the end, the top notch books take care of their customers without hesitation.

Good customer service is a deal breaker now days...I would say two years from now alot will change in the offshore gaminging industry, for the good. I respect the founders of WSEX and all of the Offshore Pioneers....Stay the course ( not in the Republican way).....WSEX do you guys still have the drop down window that tells me how much to wager? Thats why I moved.

Skybook did it for me recently, said one time only ! I think they did it once before also, maybe a year ago.

We all on occasion bet under when we mean over, etc. It's esp. bad when betting the wrong side and getting a half point. You can't even get out of it, without buying points.

Maybe I'm just a little biatch, but I don't play there for that one reason. If they switched I'd deposit in a heartbeat -- they are an awesome book from what I here, and from my own experiences a few years back.

I have asked them about this before and they said they do use the Don Best rotation.

Are the games in the Don Best order but just use the last two digits instead of all three?
