It's already been pointed out that Forums (Not only TheRx), don't get involved with personal wagers between posters.
The easiest way to understand this, which has also already been explained, is to consider if this or any other wager, was for cash/money.
If one poster didn't pay up, should it then fall on the forum or pay up?

It's not up to theRx, I concur. I've said many times that ban bets are stupid, since we frequent forums to interact with others and not to silence them. Just ignore people you don't like. Both JC & GB bring some good things to the forum, but nether is perfect either
Having said that, I also think it's important to honor your word. Others not doing such is not going to ruin my day, I don't care, I'd care more if it were cash, but it doesn't look good for GB either.
Everyone knows what happened, and I think starting thread after thread about the bet is boring and also doesn't represent the forum well.

I've been here a long time & cant recall therx ever stepping in on such.
I do get that you won this bet but apparently you are no better than gb because youve came back early from a ban bet as well. dont you have any pride in yourself? not only that but there is a 30 page thread about the bet that was never going to be honored apparently. what a waste of time for everyone at the rx reading that bullshit.
What do you think is worse? Making 6 posts in the MLB forum 7 months after being banned and then being told to stop and stopping immediately.

He lost in my book. Had a chance for $500 that Greenbacks offered him in the middle of the tournament.....Justine turned it down and instead wanted to add another year to the ban bet. His loss. Would've made this bullshit bet legit. A handicapping contest also would've made this legit.
He doesn't deserve any credit acting like a scared little bitch. And he should lose all of his green bars, because that's all he cares about.
I gave him a negative reputation for one of his stupid threads he made and a minute later he gives me negative reputation for absolutely nothing. The guy abuses this place and then acts all innocent like he isn't part of the problem. He has a lot of varkeyboy and sunshine in him. Never dealt with Justine until recently and I'm seeing now how pathetic this guy is and how much of a joke he is to this place.

They agreed to a bet, it wasn't honored. Whatever else you think of JC doesn't change any of that. The bet not being to your satisfaction is irrelevant.
What is so hard to understand about this? Just because 1 person doesn't honor the terms and conditions of the agreement doesn't mean that it didn't happen.
